As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active leadership in coordinating efforts, maintaining high standards for code quality, and fostering scalable and efficient solutions that align with business needs. Collaboration and strategic decision-making are integral to driving successful project outcomes and supporting continuous improvement within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align software solutions with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within financial management processes.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures that support complex business workflows.
- Ability to lead technical teams through software development lifecycles, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software solutions meet high standards of reliability and efficiency.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to technical challenges within cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
