Internal Communications Associate - VIE Contract 

  • Location: Spain, Barcelona
  • Target start date: 01/12/2026 

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Internal Communications Associate VIE, you’ll be integrated into a dynamic and senior communication team, with 7 people managing different areas such as therapeutic area communications, issues management, internal communication, media and social media, as well as social impact initiatives.

Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Social Media strategy: contribute to the social media strategy, including content coordination, interaction with agency.
  • Social impact initiatives: manage social activities within the affiliate, including volunteering programs, family day and interaction with NGOs.
  • Strategic projects: contribute to strategic projects linked to business needs, working closely with the rest of comms team in defining and implementing action plans, tactics, and similar.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience in corporate communications, marketing or similar roles. 

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the right attitude to contribute to the team and the business.
  • Motivated to learn, able to contribute to new ideas and connect with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage different projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital AI tools.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), Spanish knowledge would be a plus.
