Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the overall workflow to deliver high-quality solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and application architecture design using Python.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
- Experience in integrating cloud services and managing infrastructure using Amazon Web Services.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
