Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and communicating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands collaboration across various departments to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and drives innovation. Continuous evaluation and refinement of operating models are essential to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering a cohesive and forward-looking enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise-wide architecture standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and address architectural challenges, promoting best practices and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Governance, Graph Databases, Data Analytics.
- Strong capability in designing scalable and flexible architecture frameworks that support complex business processes.
- Experience in integrating diverse data sources and platforms to create unified analytics solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and their application in enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
