Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical approaches are integral to maintaining the effectiveness and innovation of the software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of API management, event-driven architectures, and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
