O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Executar e apoiar processos relacionados às torres de Employee Services e Recruiting & Deployment, garantindo qualidade e conformidade operacional.
- Atuar de forma flexível entre diferentes frentes de RH, apoiando demandas críticas, escalonamentos e necessidades do negócio.
- Realizar análises, reportes operacionais, controles de qualidade, reconciliações e acompanhamento de indicadores e SLAs.
- Utilizar Workday e demais sistemas de RH para manutenção de registros, rastreabilidade dos processos e gestão de dados.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, apoiar planos de ação e contribuir para a excelência operacional da área.
Além disso, é necessário conhecimento em:
- Experiência prévia em HR Operations, Employee Services, Recruiting Operations ou áreas correlatas de Recursos Humanos.
- Conhecimento sólido de processos de administração de pessoal, operações de RH e legislação trabalhista e sindical brasileira.
- Vivência com Workday ou outros sistemas HCM, além de ferramentas de controle operacional e relatórios.
- Inglês fluente para comunicação oral e escrita em ambiente corporativo global.
- Perfil analítico, organizado, colaborativo e com capacidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e multifuncionais.
- Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
