This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.
As an Accounting Intern, you'll join the Accounting team within Finance and get hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting operations. You'll collaborate with teams like Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Source-to-Pay to support day-to-day processes, month/quarter-end close, and accounting transformation projects. You'll contribute real work from balance sheet reconciliations to system implementations, gaining exposure across multiple accounting functions and international stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules for month-end close cycles with guidance and review from Accounting team members
- Collaborate across Global GL Operations, Revenue Accounting, Digital Asset Inventory Accounting, and Capital Markets/Prime Financing Accounting, working with US and international stakeholders
- Contribute to critical accounting projects such as new system logic implementations, process enhancements, or product launches
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, including non-US subsidiary statutory financial statements
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures throughout all assigned workstreams
Required Skills and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting or a related field with foundational knowledge of US GAAP
- Demonstrated analytical ability applied to accounting or finance contexts, such as reconciliations, variance analysis, or financial modeling through coursework, projects, or prior experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines, including prioritizing across competing workstreams
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or similar analytics tools, or experience with digital assets and the crypto economy
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
