Today, NVIDIA is tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you are immersed in a diverse, encouraging environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how we can make a lasting impact on the world.

We are seeking a Senior AI Workflow Engineer to join the Enterprise Integration and API Team, playing a key role in crafting, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions. This role operates at the forefront of AI-augmented engineering. It uses AI-assisted engineering and automation tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and n8n to accelerate development, testing, and delivery across the integration ecosystem. You will help build a developer-centric Unified Integration Framework that enables secure, self-service connectivity across systems and applications, with governed APIs, data access, and controlled agent connectivity through MCP to support AI application development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop roadmap and framework for Enterprise Integration, B2B, and API ecosystems, embedding agentic AI capabilities to enable autonomous, adaptive, and self-optimizing integration strategies across the enterprise.

  • Architect and deliver high-throughput, real-time integration platforms using event-driven, asynchronous, and AI-augmented orchestration patterns to support large-scale, distributed systems.

  • Design intelligent, context-aware integration solutions for sophisticated business processes across Operations, Order-to-Cash, Planning, and multi-cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), incorporating decisioning and automation driven by AI agents.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand evolving data and compute needs in software, hardware, automotive, and AI. Implement intelligent algorithms and autonomous workflows into production-grade integration systems.

  • Orchestrate autonomous, closed-loop integration lifecycles, enabling self-monitoring, self-healing, continuous testing, adaptive updates, and proactive alerting through agentic automation.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, or related Engineering Degree.

  • 8+ years of proven experience in enterprise integration. You have expertise in microservices, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks across heterogeneous systems and partner ecosystems. This covers SAP Integration Suite, including CPI, API-M, and TPM. It also involves AI coding assistants like Codex and Claude Code, plus workflow automation and orchestration systems like n8n.

  • Experience across the API lifecycle (design, build, governance, and management), with exposure to AI-enabled API orchestration and intelligent routing.

  • Strong expertise in integrating distributed enterprise systems such as SAP S/4, IBP, Salesforce, and similar SaaS/Cloud applications through diverse integration patterns, encompassing API-First and Event Driven Architecture.

  • Develops and delivers intelligent, distributed integration architectures with REST, GraphQL, and SOAP to support seamless enterprise interoperability. Composes scalable, reusable services for sophisticated systems. Applies expertise in automated, data-driven orchestration in Agile environments.

  • Proficient in handling extensive EDI deployments (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, custom EDI, RNIF), with opportunities to improve flows using automated validation, mapping, and anomaly detection.

  • Strong programming and scripting skills (Java, Groovy, Python, PowerShell), with the ability to integrate agentic workflows into integration pipelines.

  • Strong grasp of identity management and access control (authorization frameworks, application keys, SAML protocols, JWT tokens, Certificates), along with familiarity with secure automated integrations and policy enforcement.

  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, JFrog, along with observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, and familiarity with intelligent monitoring frameworks.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Proven experience building AI-first, agentic integration architectures across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems in distributed cloud environments.

  • Published work in industry, shown thought leadership and how it helped the organization!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
