Summary:
In the role of Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The role requires identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst collaborates with various teams to ensure that the designed processes effectively support organizational goals and technology integration, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Openlink Endur.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate business needs and technical details to diverse audiences.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows and system integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
