ER & Policies Associate Manager

We are looking for an Employee Relations & Policies Associate Manager to deliver all employee and labor relations. The main functions are: 

• Lead and manage Employee & Labor Relations policies, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor law and global standards

• Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to HR, Legal, and business stakeholders

• Drive end-to-end disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance

• Manage relationships with unions and employee representative bodies, including negotiations and ongoing engagement

• Conduct investigations (including Business Ethics Line cases) and support audits and compliance initiatives

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with evolving legislation and business needs, leveraging tools such as Workday and SharePoint for case management and reporting

• Degree in Labor Sciences, Law, or Labor Relations

• +8 years of experience in Employee Relations / Labor Relations

• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation

• Proven experience with:
  - Disciplinary processes
  - Union relations and negotiations
  - Policy development and compliance

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
