We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, database management, and process improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for providing actionable insights to stakeholders, maintaining data quality, monitoring operational performance, and supporting end-to-end business processes within a supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, maintain, and analyze operational and client reports.
Monitor business performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Execute data and application maintenance activities.
Identify operational, process, and data-related issues and escalate them appropriately.
Serve as the first point of contact for database-related escalations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve business processes and workflows.
Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain documentation related to processes, reports, and data management activities.
Take ownership of assigned activities and deliverables to ensure service quality and compliance with operational standards.

Experience
Minimum 18 months of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Supply Chain Operations
Business Analysis
Data Analysis
Process Improvement
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
Experience working with databases and data management activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience generating and analyzing business reports and performance metrics.
Additional Information
Hybrid work arrangement with 2 in-office days per week.
Office location: Cariari, Costa Rica.
Standard equipment provided.
Training schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
First day on-site.
