DESCRIPTION:
Join our innovative team and make a meaningful impact on global scientific discovery. As a Software Engineer II, you'll develop sophisticated software solutions for scientific instruments and platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and maintain software that enables breakthrough research in fields like cancer treatment, environmental protection, and advanced materials. Our modern technology stack includes cloud services, microservices architecture, and development tools. You'll have opportunities to work on complex technical problems while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and other relevant technologies.
- Expertise in developing UI side of implementation using Blazor.
- Implement end to end clinical feature for ImmunoDiagnostic IVD products.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on the expectations and deliver to the assignments on time with high quality.
- Apply Microsoft SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management.
- Integrate with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Windows Server environments.
- Apply CQRS design patterns to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements or Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-12 years of experience in software development using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and database design principles.
- Experience on WebUI development with .NET, GIT
- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, SignalR, and real-time communication protocols.
- Familiarity with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Windows Server environments.
- Implement security best practices and perform threat modeling to ensure the security of the software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to medical device software development with ISO 13485 & IEC 62304 standards.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
