Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development tailored to manufacturing environments. This includes analyzing client requirements, designing solutions that align with operational needs, writing and testing code to ensure functionality, and maintaining existing applications to enhance performance. The role requires balancing multiple client projects, addressing issues as they arise, and continuously improving software components to support manufacturing processes effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document software designs, code changes, and testing outcomes to maintain clear project records.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on software development in manufacturing settings.
- Experience in analyzing and designing software components to meet client-specific requirements.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
