As part of Accenture's Supply Chain and Engineering practice, you will help organizations transform and optimize their supply chain operations through process excellence and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. You will work at the intersection of business and technology to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, business performance, and supply chain resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support or lead supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and order fulfillment processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM process and solution designs aligned with business objectives and leading practices.
- Facilitate business process workshops, requirements gathering sessions, fit-gap assessments, and solution design discussions.
- Advise clients on Oracle SCM functionality, process optimization opportunities, and emerging capabilities.
- Support or lead implementation activities including configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to deliver successful transformation programs.
- Contribute to solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
- Develop thought leadership, knowledge-sharing materials, and continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in supply chain consulting, ERP implementation, business transformation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle E-Business Suite SCM, or related ERP platforms.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Exposure to at least one end-to-end Oracle SCM or ERP implementation project.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, warehouse management, or order management.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle SCM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise across multiple Oracle SCM functions and industries.
Manager (ML7)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 9 to 13 years of experience in supply chain consulting, ERP implementation, business transformation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle E-Business Suite SCM, or related ERP platforms.
- Experience leading solution design, implementation, deployment, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to multiple end-to-end Oracle SCM or ERP implementation projects.
Preferred Skills
- Strong functional expertise in one or more Oracle SCM domains including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or Order Management.
- Experience leading workstreams, teams, or large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
- Ability to lead business discussions and translate executive-level requirements into Oracle SCM process and solution designs.
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills.
- Experience supporting proposals, solutioning efforts, business development activities, and client presentations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex business challenges and drive measurable transformation outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications (Applicable to Both Levels)
- MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Oracle SCM certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in supply chain transformation, process improvement, ERP modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
