Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end quality engineering function, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards and deliver reliable outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cucumber (Software).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with API Testing, Kong Gateway.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test cases for complex software systems.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure software quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cucumber (Software).
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
