Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and managing multiple priorities to drive successful project outcomes are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries related to React.js.
- Ability to implement scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in React.js.
-The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
