Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day typically involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective application designs. You will engage in analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and crafting solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the application design supports seamless business operations and meets the evolving requirements of the enterprise. This position requires a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality application frameworks that facilitate efficient workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Document design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate application designs for potential enhancements and optimizations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with COBOL.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and integrate new application components effectively.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and design methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear understanding among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE with 15 years full time education is required.
