Job Description

The Financial Analyst – Corporate Pricing will be a key member of the Korea FP&A team, responsible for supporting pricing governance, Realized Price (RP) performance, and revenue preservation initiatives across Korea divisions.

The role will work closely with the Pricing Manager, commercial teams, divisional finance, and other stakeholders to monitor pricing performance, support pricing decisions, and identify actions to reduce price erosion and improve price realization and profitability. The position will also support annual pricing processes and provide timely pricing analysis and visibility to enable effective commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular Realized Price (RP) analysis and reporting across divisions, identifying key trends, price erosion, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support the RP forecasting process by consolidating divisional inputs, analyzing performance trends, and tracking actual results against forecast and targets.

  • Review pricing requests and approvals in accordance with pricing governance requirements, validating supporting data and business rationale and escalating exceptions as appropriate.

  • Analyze negative price erosion drivers, working with commercial and finance teams to identify root causes and track mitigation actions.

  • Support regular pricing performance reviews with commercial teams by preparing analysis, insights, and follow-up action tracking.

  • Support annual pricing processes, including list price increase activities and price agreement revisions, ensuring timely coordination and execution across divisions.

  • Perform pricing analysis to provide visibility into pricing behavior, realization, and potential profitability impact.

  • Partner with Sales, divisional finance, and other stakeholders to provide timely pricing support and minimize pricing-related delays to commercial execution.

  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility into RP, pricing actions, and performance trends.

  • Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation of recurring pricing analysis and reporting.

  • Support ad-hoc pricing analysis and revenue preservation initiatives as required.

Requirements
