Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced retail marketer to drive delivery across key marketing priorities in Germany and the wider Central Europe region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
This is a high-impact, execution-led role with a primary focus on retail investor go-to-market (c.70%), complemented by regional marketing support (c.30%) of central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).
The role plays a key part in bringing our retail marketing strategy to life in central Europe, focused on building engagement with self-directed investors through digital channels, platform ecosystems and content-led activation. It requires a marketer who can translate strategy into execution, operate with pace, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Go-To-Market Execution (c.70%)
Support delivery of retail investor marketing in central Europe incl. Germany and wider, focused on self-directed investors, digital engagement and platform ecosystems:
Execute retail marketing campaigns across digital, content and paid channels, adapting pan-European activity for the German market (and wider)
Partner with the content team to support the development of ETF education initiatives, ensuring content is regionalised, clear, engaging and compliant for retail investors in Central Europe
Support content-led engagement including editorial, podcasts and educational series aligned to investor needs
Activate finfluencer and content partnerships (e.g. JustETF, ExtraETF), ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory guardrails
Support marketing across digital wealth platform partnerships, tailoring content to platform environments and investor behaviour
Translate audience persona and Psychographix insights into targeting, messaging and campaign execution
Liaise with internal SEM and paid social centre of excellence teams, providing clear briefs and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
Support sales enablement, developing marketing assets for the Head of Partnerships and broader sales teams
Track performance and contribute to a test-and-learn approach, exploring AI-driven opportunities to improve content, personalisation and engagement
Ensure all activity is compliant with BaFin, MiFID II working with compliance and legal colleagues.
2. Central Europe Regional Marketing Support (c.30%)
Support delivery of regional marketing activity across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, across all audiences including institutional and intermediary clients, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and EMEA strategy:
Contribute to the execution of the Central Europe marketing plan, delivering campaigns in a measurable and efficient way aligned with brand and business objectives
Partner with sales teams to support integrated campaigns across product launches, asset classes and key initiatives
Support the development, localisation and maintenance of marketing collateral and digital content, ensuring consistency and local relevance
Coordinate marketing activities across markets, ensuring aligned messaging, execution and governance
Contribute to planning cycles, campaign tracking, reporting and budgeting
Support regional events, roadshows and key conferences in partnership with sales and events teams
Coordinate with external partners (e.g. agencies, media) to support campaign execution and performance evaluation
3. Strategic Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Support priority strategic marketing initiatives across EMEA
Act as a connector across brand, retail, partnerships, digital teams and agencies
Maintain strong delivery discipline:
Clear timelines and ownership
Stakeholder alignment
Regular performance tracking and reporting
Act as an AI-enabled marketer, embedding tools such as Copilot into day-to-day workflows to improve productivity and output quality
Identify opportunities to use agent-based AI (agentic AI) to automate or scale repeatable marketing tasks, where appropriate
Share best practice, use cases and learnings with the wider team to build AI capabilities across marketing
Skills & Experience
