Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components, designing solutions tailored to client needs, and writing code to implement these designs. The role includes thorough testing of software modules to ensure quality and reliability. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing applications, enhancing features, and developing new functionalities to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to changing project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions remain effective and efficient across multiple client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth progress.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of database management and query optimization.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
