Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software).
- Strong experience in software design and development using modern frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in software delivery.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Calypso (Software).
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
