Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This includes creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and ensure that solutions are effectively tailored to meet those needs. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business environments and translating them into actionable process designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into process designs.
- Experience in process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate process changes and technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
