As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating advanced technology solutions tailored for new and evolving industries and products. You will spend time analyzing system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications. Your role is dynamic, requiring you to engage with complex challenges and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software that supports innovative manufacturing processes. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of your daily activities, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with project goals and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance.
- Document design processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex system requirements and translate them into effective design specifications.
- Experience in developing and implementing software solutions within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and best practices in engineering software.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
