Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer adapts to evolving project needs and contributes to creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly systems that address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aras Innovator Customization.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of backend and frontend integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and deployment strategies.
- Skilled in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aras Innovator Customization.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
