Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with clients to offer expert guidance on intricate enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. This role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities to optimize technology expenditures, and uncovering value drivers that enhance business outcomes. The advisor also focuses on creating and deploying innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients receive cutting-edge and effective technology strategies to support their organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong analytical skills to assess enterprise platform capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in evaluating technology cost structures and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement technology assets that address industry-specific or functional needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Capability to work collaboratively within teams and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
