Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable software architectures that align with business objectives.
- Experience in setting and maintaining coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams through complex software development projects.
- Skilled in evaluating and implementing performance optimization strategies within software solutions.
- Competence in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
