Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members to address challenges and implement innovative solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the software systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Analyze project requirements and design software solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with software configuration management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration processes and tools to ensure seamless software functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
