Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project obstacles.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks and best practices within infrastructure environments.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service management.
- Ability to analyze complex service issues and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Skilled in utilizing tools and methodologies for tracking service performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
