Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational needs, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Attention to maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across different environments is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the applications continue to deliver value effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with software release management and configuration control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address system stability and performance challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
