Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, analyzing the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions accurately reflect business requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering alignment between client objectives and technical implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align integration strategies with overall business goals and client expectations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in system integration and business process alignment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
