Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, analyzing the customer journey, and contributing to the design of functional and application architectures. The Integration Engineer ensures that technology and business solutions align closely with the defined business requirements, facilitating seamless integration and successful project outcomes through collaboration and strategic consultation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve integration challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of integration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in mapping business processes and identifying integration points across systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges arising during integration and deployment.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
