Must Have Skills :

10-15 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SD and S/4HANA Order Fulfillment processes.
Deep expertise in SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), including Product Availability Check (PAC), Product Allocation (PAL), Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC), Backorder Processing (BOP), Supply Protection, and Release for Delivery (RfD).
Strong understanding of Sales Order Processing, Availability Confirmation, Order Fulfillment, Delivery Processing, Returns Processing, and ATP-based confirmation strategies.
Experience in aATP configuration, business rule setup, allocation strategies, and confirmation control.
Act as the primary client-facing SME for SD and aATP AMS services.
Lead stakeholder discussions, manage enhancement demand, provide solution recommendations, and drive issue resolution.
Govern incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
Lead offshore AMS teams, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality targets.
Strong experience in AMS governance, root cause analysis, knowledge management, testing oversight, and continuous service improvement.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SD with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
