Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, API Management, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Angular.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Competence in front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust server-side logic.
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Web Apps / App Service
- Good understanding of Azure architecture and cloud integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Experience with application security, authentication, authorization, and API security.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
