Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience with distributed data processing and handling large-scale datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system logs and error messages.
- Familiarity with debugging and monitoring tools to track application performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Understanding of data workflows and integration within enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
