Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring that all developments align with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution enhancements and address operational challenges is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration processes within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TWS Administration.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
