Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The Data Engineer is responsible for implementing processes that extract, transform, and load data to facilitate seamless migration and deployment across various systems, enabling smooth data flow and accessibility for multiple teams and applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support evolving business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of data projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and management.
- Experience with data integration and ETL tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and storage solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Understanding of data quality assurance and monitoring practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
