Strategic Business Impact
Our internships are 10-week positions and students have the option to join us on either May 24, 2027 or June 14, 2027. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
For this role, Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global and site leaders to establish metrics and methods of Power BI interactive visualizations that present relevant and concrete data to improve operational efficiency
- Work across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for recurring business operating mechanisms, as well as ad-hoc, time critical requests to advance key initiatives.
- Diagnose and support dashboard reporting solutions, including investigation of data issues, data validation, scalability, balancing and row level security implementation
- Act as a Microsoft Power BI, visualization, and dash-boarding authority
- Define, document, and promote standard processes for dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
- Develop scalable and standardized metrics & dashboards across the business unit while balancing individual needs and requests from multiple sites
- Point of contact for technical issues, regular updates, and partner concerns with suppliers of digital software solutions
Competencies:
- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements with a lens for translating data into informative visuals and reports enabling data-driven decision
- Working understanding of fundamental design principles and data analytic strategies
- Experienced within a business intelligence or analyst role passionate about gathering, reporting, and interpreting metrics for operational functions
- Experienced with End User Training on Power BI
- Experienced using statistical methods and theories for data science and predictive analytics preferred.

Compensation & Relocation
Our Undergraduate internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the role type and location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). If eligible, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000. Students must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend. Please note that interns are required to have a reliable mode of transportation to and from their assigned work location for the duration of their internship.

- Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics, or related field. between December 2027 – June 2028.
- Previous related internships and / or work experience totaling 1+ years experience required.
