As a Digital Solution Specialist, you will lead Autonomous Laboratory digital initiatives by driving technical solutioning and coordinating software engineering, AI, data, and platform workstreams across multidisciplinary teams. You will help define and evolve the organization’s digital technology landscape while translating internal and customer requirements into scalable solutions.

- Coordinate the establishment of data governance, metadata standards, and digital information flows supporting scalable solutions.
- Lead internal and customer workshops, solution reviews, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities, and executive communications.
- Collaborate with internal and global Product, Engineering, AI, Commercial, and Application teams to align technology direction, solution architecture, reusable capabilities, and implementation priorities.
- Collaborate with AI and platform engineers to develop and align target architectures, technology standards, and operating models across AI, data, integration, and platform layers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, third-party solutions, and architectural options, and facilitate technical decision-making with internal and global engineering teams.
