Principal Strategic Transformation Program Leader, Professional Services, Korea

About the role

AWS Professional Services is looking to hire a senior transformation leader with deep consulting and delivery pedigree and a passion for delivering measurable and lasting impact. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs for APJC's most strategic customers, translating C-suite priorities into executable strategies and tangible business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technical innovation, and large-scale program execution.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream AI and cloud transformation programs
• Translate customer strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, plans, and success metrics
• Chair executive steering committees, drive critical decisions, and manage escalations
• Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, helping shape transformation vision and investment strategy
• Own program P&L, ensuring revenue targets and margins are delivered as planned
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams across AWS, customer, and partners
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks, navigating ambiguity and driving rapid resolution across stakeholders
• Establish governance frameworks, balancing agility, execution, quality, compliance, and delivery velocity
• Travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed

Requirements

• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
• Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences
• Experience orchestrating delivery across complex, multi-party, and matrixed environments involving partners
• 10+ years of experience with proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programs

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with AWS platforms, services, and design patterns
• Experience leading engagements using industry standard program management techniques including Agile at scale delivery frameworks and project management toolsets
• Experience delivering business or IT programs for Telco industry customers
