Data Center Operations Program Technician - People with Disability (PwD), ICN

What you'll do

• 서버 랙 설치 지원: 설치 공간 준비(랙 브래킷, 전원 케이블, 라벨 제작 등), 랙 설치일 전후 전원 연결 및 점검, 교대 근무자와 협력하여 전원 상태 및 표시등 확인
• 시설 운영 관리 지원: 정기 안전 점검(주간/월간) 수행 및 이상 발견 시 보고, 물품 수령/적재/하역 및 재고 관리, 건물 내 간단한 정비
• 시설 유지보수 벤더 일정 관리 및 조율, 안내 포스터 제작 및 게시
• 어드민 지원: 운영 관련 문서 및 기록 관리, 회의 및 운영 일정 조율 지원
• 안내 자료, 표지 및 공지물 제작 및 관리 시설 운영 지원
• 정기 안전 점검 지원 및 결과 기록
• 작업 공간 정리 및 운영 환경 유지 지원
• 현장 운영팀과 협력하여 일상 운영 업무 지원
• 필요 시 보조 장비를 사용해 최대 18kg의 장비를 안전하게 취급

Requirements

• 안전 및 보안 지침, 표준 절차를 이해하고 준수할 수 있는 분
• 컴퓨터 하드웨어에 관심이나 기본적인 상식이 있으신 분
• Excel 등 기본 사무 도구를 사용해 업무 진행 상황을 관리하고 보고할 수 있는 분
• PC 활용 능력(이메일, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 영어 문서 읽기/작성 등)
• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Networking Engineering)

Preferred qualifications

• 일상 업무 수행이 가능한 수준의 영어 의사소통 능력(읽기, 쓰기, 대화)
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
