Role Summary
The FFE BP Lead supports GBU/BU general managers with field force strategy, execution excellence, productivity improvement, and data-driven analytical solutions. The role partners with business units, customer engagement teams, digital and Omni-channel teams, marketing, and supporting functions to improve field force planning, execution tracking, and FFE operations in China.
What You'll Do
- Lead quarterly and yearly field force planning cycles, including territory alignment and target setting, with GBU/BU teams.
