This role focuses on developing oncology new assets (new brands, new indications, BD assets, etc.) pricing and market access strategy and the related action plan & program execution, based on the deep policy insights and brand knowledge, to achieve the best access outcomes for accelerating brand growth for the whole LCM, to accelerate patient access for benefitting from the new treatment.
NATURE & SCOPE 工 作 性 质 及 范 围
Lead to develop oncology brand-level Pricing & Market Access strategy and action plan
- Understand brand knowledge, policy environment & trend to analyze & identify key access direction for new assets
- Lead internal and external communication for developing the optimal pricing and market access strategy (pricing, reimbursement, VBP, tendering, distribution, insurance, etc.) and related action plan
- Drive pricing & market access proposal / recommendation for senior management decision
Lead to onco access cross-TA level project management and implementation to ensure the best outcomes
- Organize and manage the regular onco BU level access meeting to senior management update
- Timely understand latest policy dynamics and identify the opportunity & risk for onco access by brand level
- Organize and drive team discussion & actions to maximize the policy opportunity & risk mitigation plan
- Lead China onco access projects or support global onco access projects

Academic / Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree and above. MBA degree is preferable, but not required.
Technical / Skills Training:
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the China onco pharmaceutical landscape and market access environment, deep understanding on China onco access dynamics Strong cross-functional project management skills.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional team activities. Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
