What would you do? • Support Capital Markets operations and transformation initiatives across Trade Lifecycle Management, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, Custody Services, Reference Data Management, and Regulatory Reporting. Drive process excellence, operational governance, workforce mobilization, transition management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, risk • Manage end-to-end Capital Markets operations including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, custody operations, securities lending, reference data management, and regulatory reporting. Support transition and mobilization activities through knowledge transfer, process documentation, governance reporting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and operational readiness planni • Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking operations. • Experience in PMO Mobilization and Transition Management. • Knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Custody, and Asset Servicing processes. • Experience in governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and operational reporting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ex
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run - P3 • Secondary skill - Transition Management - P3 • Experience in Capital Markets operations, transformation programs, and operational governance. • Strong understanding of financial services controls, regulatory requirements, and service delivery management. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global delivery locations.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and support Capital Markets operations and transformation initiatives. • Manage mobilization, transition, and governance activities across Capital Markets programs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and client leadership to drive execution. • Monitor operational performance against key metrics, service levels, and quality targets. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. • Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare governance reports, executive dashboards, and leadership updates. • Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities during transitions. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, operational controls, and organizational policies. • Coordinate with global delivery teams to support seamless service delivery and program execution. • Support business growth, operational stability, and client satisfaction objectives across Capital Markets engagements.
