Who we are looking for:

This position is integral to the successful completion of client on-boarding set-ups as well as fostering key relationships with our internal customer base. Under the supervision of the Fund Administration Manager – Business Onboarding and Transitions (BOaT), Officer you will be responsible for opening and maintenance of client accounts at State Street.

What you will be responsible for:

As Fund Administrator, Associate 1 you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of onboardings of new or changing business for our EMEA clients

  • Initiating State Street system updates

  • Collaborating with internal and external groups to identify, analyse and proactively resolve issues and exceptions

  • Processing reports

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial areas

  • Good command of written and verbal English language

  • Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications, Excel, Word)

Please Note: this role requires minimum 3 days work from office

Minimum Salary:

zł60,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
