Mastercard Experience Centres (MECs) are where innovation meets impact. Our Experience Centres bring Mastercard's story to life through immersive demonstrations, interactive technologies and executive-level engagement. Recent upgrades have introduced immersive demo environments, mixed reality experiences and advanced storytelling platforms designed to support high-impact conversations around AI, payments, security, identity, data and emerging technologies.

Overview
Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Technical Experience Lead (L7) to lead the architecture, prototyping, engineering and deployment of advanced customer-facing experiences across the global Mastercard Experience Centre network.

This role will serve as the technical authority for immersive demonstrations, interactive showcases and innovation environments, partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Foundry, Product, Engineering, Creative Services and Experience Centre teams.
You will lead the technical design and implementation of next-generation experiences including:

As an L7 leader, you will be expected to drive large, global, cross-functional initiatives and establish the technical frameworks, standards and build methodologies used to create Mastercard's most innovative customer experiences.

You will act as the bridge between concept and execution, translating ambitious experience visions into scalable, reliable and reusable technology solutions deployed worldwide.

Role
Technical Strategy & Architecture
• Define the technical vision and engineering roadmap for Mastercard Experience Centres globally.
• Establish standards, frameworks and reference architectures for immersive experiences and demonstration environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to customer-facing showcase environments.
• Develop reusable technical platforms that enable rapid prototyping and scalable deployment.
Experience Engineering & Prototyping
• Lead the prototyping, development and deployment of immersive customer experiences.
• Build proof-of-concepts and production-grade demonstrations showcasing Mastercard innovation.
• Develop technical architectures supporting AI, data visualisation, mixed reality, spatial computing and interactive storytelling.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling experiences to be replicated across multiple Experience Centre locations.
Innovation & Emerging Technology
• Serve as the technical lead for advanced technologies including:
