Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data validation techniques, and data quality assurance.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Understanding of database concepts and query languages to validate data accuracy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
