Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors and manages testing activities, including test execution and defect resolution, while fostering collaboration across teams to maintain consistent quality and timely delivery of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and integration with continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to customize and extend testing capabilities.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
