Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and support healthcare analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should possess advanced Power BI development skills along with good experience in Epic Cogito reporting tools (Radar, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) to deliver actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. The candidate should have experience translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions while working in Agile delivery environments.

Power BI Development
Advanced Power BI Dashboard and Report Development
Strong DAX and Power Query expertise
Semantic Model / Data Modeling
Dashboard performance optimization
Data visualization best practices
Power BI Service administration and workspace management
Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation

Epic Cogito Development
Good hands-on experience with Epic Cogito Suite
Reporting Workbench (RWB) report development
Radar Dashboard design and maintenance
Slicer Dicer data exploration and analytics
Epic data models and reporting architecture

Data & Analytics
Strong SQL development skills
Data analysis and troubleshooting
ETL and data integration concepts
Data quality validation and reconciliation

Required Certifications
Epic Cogito Certification
PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
