Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, while overseeing the implementation process from inception through deployment. Continuous collaboration and coordination with team members and other departments are essential to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to optimize efficiency and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within SAP environments.
- Ability to customize and extend SAP for Utilities CRM functionalities to meet specific business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
