Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will work within dynamic environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your daily responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you engage with.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong expertise in credit management processes within SAP Financial Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in integrating SAP FSCM Credit Management with other SAP modules to optimize business workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FSCM Credit Management implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
