Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing solutions that align with those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall performance and user experience. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
- Strong experience in software design, development, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with application maintenance and enhancement processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient software components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
